Speaker Series - Putting Sand on the Beach Hosted by Tijuana Estuary
Putting Sand on the Beach: Intended and Unintended Consequences What is beach nourishment? It is defined as the artificial addition of sand on a beach and is a common shore protection measure. Join us as Bonnie Ludka shares her research on local beach nourishment projects and what the long-term effects might mean for this practice.
