The Imperial Beach Girls Softball League has announced their 2015 All-Stars for Tournament Play. They are also looking or a sponsor or holding fundraisers so that they can dedicate their time to practice as opposed to trying to do fund rising at the same time to support their expenses.

The Imperial Beach Boys and Girls Club appears to be the leading candidate for the Temporary IB Branch Library. Although no contract has been finalized, the library expects to be in a temporary home before the end of October. The library needs to be in a new home before construction can begin on the New Library.
