Congratulations to Maud Mulvany and Iliasha Dickes of Central School

Maud Mulvany, an Education Specialist at Central, has been nominated for a 2018-2019 national LifeChanger of the Year award.
Sponsored by the National Life Group Foundation, the National LifeChanger of the Year program recognizes and rewards the very best K-12 public and private school educators and employees across the United States who are making a difference in the lives of students by exemplifying excellence, positive influence and leadership.
Maud was nominated by Principal Cori Herbst-Loehr in recognition of her consistent practice of putting student needs first and building a classroom environment in which all scholars thrive. "Maud is, without a doubt, her students' loudest and most supportive champion," said Principal Herbst-Loehr. "She develops thoughtful citizens of the world, and we are proud that she chooses to teach in South Bay."
Each school year, the LifeChanger of the Year program receives hundreds of nominations. For 2018-2019, there will be a total of seventeen LifeChanger of the Year awards. Each winner will receive a cash award that is split between the individual winner and their school. Winners are announced via surprise award ceremonies held at their schools. Winners will be announced in the spring.
