The Imperial Beach Historical Society is Teaming up with the San Diego Small Business Forum to Bring the 4th Annual Chills & Thrills free to the Community on Saturday, October 26th at the Portwood Pier Plaza from 11 am to 5 pm.
It's an honor to have the Imperial Beach Historical Society work together to bring once again the fun of Halloween to the next level. A FREE Halloween Family Day!!
Come and enjoy a day full of fun and surprises, kids costume contest, Halloween portraits, pumpkin patch carving for the kids, Face painting, trick or treat from our amazing vendors, enjoy some great music, savor some delicious food from our local vendors and start your holiday shopping early.
All vendors will be located in the center of Pier Plaza Imperial Beach. This is a very visible street, with great foot traffic.
Although there will be no food vendors as in years past, this years party will include an adult costume contest as well as the very popular kids' costume contest!
