Candidates Forum for IB Elections to be Held Wednesday, September 26th at the South Bay Union School District Burress Auditorium


Burris Auditorium is located at the headquarters of the South Bay Union School District at 601 Elm Ave., Imperial Beach, CA 91932-3619.

All Candidates running for Mayor and City Council will give their stance on the issues facing the community.

Here is the information available so far for the City of Imperial Beach General Elections on Tuesday, November 6th, 2018 

Imperial Beach Mayor Serge Dedina is set t run for re-election for Imperial Beach Mayor and Valerie Acevez has filed to run against the incumbent mayor. In the meantime, the City of IB has extended the date to file to run for Mayor or City Council to August 15th.

In the City Council race, there are two seats up for election. Incumbent Ed Spriggs is running for re-election and the other the incumbent Lori Bragg has decided not to run for reelection. Also running for City Council are Paloma Aguirre, Darnisha Hunter, Moises Camacho, and Dane Crosby as per filings as of this morning.
