Red Kitchen House, formally Little Red Cafe to Hold Ribbon Cutting Event Saturday January 6th at noon.

The new name is Red House Kitchen. We're on Facebook as such, and on Instagram as redhousekitchenib. Their opening with the Chamber and ribbon cutting will be January 6th at noon.

I was told that the cuisine will be pretty similar to what the former owners had; American, clean, locally sourced, with some hearty, belly filling additions. It will include some favorites that people have requested such as the avocado toast and the acai bowl, and we will have Lupe Moreno back to bake for them! (She makes a killer bread pudding!)

They will be serving Ryan Bros. coffee, including their famous cold brews, but we will also have some old friends like the Mayan Mocha Latte for our returning customers. (That was my favorite drink too!)

Hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, from 7 AM through 2 PM. Once They have their wine and beer license, theye will be open for happy hour specials and private events.

Our friend, Chef Jose "Trino" Gutierrez is very excited to reveal the new menu. While he is trained in culinary arts, he is simple a fantastic chef. Everything he makes is wonderful!
