Nov 27, 2017 02:58PM ● By Paul Spear
A Plan to Build 102 High Quality Studio Apartments for Homeless Seniors Behind the
Nestor United Methodist Church Was Presented at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Community Planning Group Meeting on November 8th.

As reported by Rodel Reyes in an email to the Nestor Community he said, " new development project for Homeless Seniors at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Community Planning Group meeting on November 8 was presented to the community.  National (CORE) representatives  presented their project with openness and transparency with no final development decisions made.  It was well received.  I and other residents will be visiting National Core’s homeless senior centers. We will then give National Core’s representatives a tour of our community of Otay Mesa-Nestor.  The proposed development project site for 102 high quality studio rental apartments is located behind the Nestor Method Church (1120 Nestor Way, San Diego, CA 92154)/Coronado Avenue."

We thank Rodel for keeping us informed of what is happening in the Nestor Community!
