It's the Breakwater Town Center Grand Opening Celebration!

Come Celebrate the Official Grand Opening Celebration Party for the Breakwater Town Center on Wednesday October 11th. Live Music by Blue Frog and Lots of Family Fun Activities Will Be Taking Place

Join us for the Grand Opening of Breakwater Town Center to celebrate the near completion of a development that was a decade in the making. The center stands as a testament to the commitment of the City of Imperial Beach and Sudberry Properties to deliver a first class retail center and provide employment opportunities, services and goods to the surrounding residential and military communities.

Join IB Mayor Serge Dedina and the City Council and Sudberry Executive as they celebrate the Grand Opening of this beautiful new shopping center not more than 50 yards away from where the City's Founding Fathers Celebrated Imperial Beach Cityhood in 1956. Lots of surprises are planned. Come join in this exciting celebration:
