The San Diego City Attorney's office has recently scheduled a presentation on the SMART Program at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, September 27, in the community room at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Library, 3003 Coronado Avenue. I encourage you to attend this meeting and communicate your concerns.
