No More BS (Border Sewage) March, Saturday April 29th, Hosted by SB Clean Water Movement

Mar 24, 2017 12:36PM ● By Paul Spear

SB Clean Water Movement to be Joined by Coronado Surfing Association, & Surfrider, Along with South Bay Residents, Coronado Residents, for a March in Imperial Beach Saturday April 29th from 39 to 5pm

Frustrated about this sewage?! Our beaches have been plagued for months by millions of gallons of raw untreated sewage! On April 29th, IB residents will march in unity with South Bay residents, Coronado residents, Coronado Surfing Association, & Surfrider. Our hope for this march is to make a clear statement in the streets of IB that this is no longer acceptable and we will no longer stand for this! Rally your friends & family! Dress up those strollers and kiddie wagons as we march with our families and neighbors in solidarity against this! This is a call to action South Bay! Your presence is required!! So far, the plan is to have Coronado start on one side of town. IB will start across on another side. We will simultaneously march towards the IB Pier Plaza where our cities will collide and we will disburse onto the beach to spell a word for an aerial photo. Our goal here is to raise awareness so Capitol Hill hears/sees us through the visual photo. The LOCATIONS will be released later...The bigger the attendance the bigger the message we are sending to Washington DC!!!
