Acrobats An Art Form From Antiquity, A Middle Ages Favorite Entertainment and Display of Strength and Beauty.

I went to the Event put on by the National City Aquatic Center and the Arts & Culture Department of the Unified Port of San Diego recently and was enthralled and mesmerized by the talented acrobatic artists from Fire & Fly SD.

Both Fire and Fly perform with a fluid strength and graceful beauty, while demonstrating the feats of difficulty that belie gravity!  They have had years of training perfecting their art into a flowing and entertaining performance for those of us who not as limber or coordinated!

Please scroll through the gallery and see each action and step of the performance, and when done rapidly you actually see the fluid motion and the strength needed to do them and the beauty of the performance - Enjoy!
