Imperial Beach Resident, Eric MacKenzie, showed up at Thursday's International Boundary & Water Commissions (IBWC) Citizens Forum to express his outrage about a raw sewage spill into the Tijuana River that occurred over 3 weeks in February. Imperial Beach Mayor Serge Dedina has said Mexico officials say the spill was an "intentional act" and has called for a Federal Investigation. IB resident spoke heatedly for over eight minutes before tonight's IBWC Citizens Forum and
expressed his outrage at the spill and they way it has been handled not only now but ever since sewage spills and trash dumps were first noticed over 50 years ago. You can catch Eric's interview in the videos below that were also caught on film by many local TV Stations.

Eric spoke that there is also medical waste that has been dumped over the years and needles and all sorts or trash have been flowing out into the Pacific for years through the Tijuana River.
