Volunteers Came Out to Help with Saturday's Living Coast's Community Cleanup & Plant at San Diego Bay Wildlife Refuge in Imperial Beach

A group of enthusiastic volunteers gathered at the end of 10th Street in Imperial Beach, were the street ends at the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge, and met to pick up trash and plant vegetation. Said Tina Matthias of the SDB NWR, "We had a great crowd today". Both young and old made up the group of volunteers that showed up for today’s event.

, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization base in Chula Vista. Dedicated to providing environmental education on coastal resource conservation, and installing a respect for nature and wildlife in people of all ages.
