US Section of the International Boundary & Water Commission Holding Citizens Forum on Thursday March 2nd in the Tijuana Estuary Meeting Room at 301 Caspian Way in Imperial Beach. The meeting will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

The meeting will identify illegal dumping sites in the area that affect the Tijuana river Valley in the United States. and methodically tracking the flow of trash across the U.S. Mexico boarder will be presented, as well as efforts to develop a sustainable water future for the Tijuana Valley watershed.
