Imperial Beach Community, Girls Softball, Boys & Girls Club All Pitched in at Last Sunday's IB Sports Park Clean-up!
After so many different community clean-ups recently it was easy to understand why there weren't as many people helping clean up the IB Sports Park as I expected at last Sunday. However, despite a big community clean-up in January that drew over 200 people and a clean-up and plant the day before at the San Diego Bay Wildlife Refuge there were still some dedicated members that came out last Sunday to clean-up the IB Sports Park. The Imperial Beach Girl's Softball League, whose season opens this Saturday, had some members out cleaning up the park as did a few members of the IB Boy's & Girl's Club. The IB Little League has some members finishing up painting the dugouts and finishing up on a new fence they put in the outfield on the east park.###
