The Imperial Beach Library was the scene of a magical visit from the North Pole.  Santa came to town to take wish requests from children and adults alike.  The Jolly Old Soul was very lively for his age and was quite jovial to all.

The children got photos and had Gingerbread houses to put together.  There were wonderful and Huge cookies for all and hot chocolate with marshmallows too!

The Library was decorated with brightly colored Christmas trimmings and decorations.  The atmosphere was very festive and lively with Christmas tunes playing in the background.

Library Employees helping out as Santa's Elves were:
June Engel - Head Librarian
Perla Flores (initiator of this event)
Tiffany Hanson
Veronica Ortiz
Julie Silva

A very special Thank You goes to Santa for dropping in on his worldwide travels to spread Christmas cheer to all the good little boys and girls and their parents and other adults.  He also made sure to tell everyone to be good so they don't get coal in their stockings!
