Dedicated Citizens Attended the Community Needs Forum Held Wednesday Night

A group of 25 to 30 dedicated citizens came out Wednesday night to attend the "Community Needs Forum". Lots of them were long time community residents and understood the importance of attending the forum and getting their opinions heard.

The Community Needs Forum, put on by the County of San Diego quizzed the attendees on a wide variety of topics and had them prioritize them according to what they felt was most needed for the community.

The Forum is held every two years and was held in San Ysidro in 2014 so this was a great opportunity for the citizens of Imperial Beach get their voice heard.

In attendance were several members of the Imperial Beach Woman's Club (IBWC). The IBWC is IB's oldest non-profit and does a great job of helping out in the community.
