New Owners of Tin Fish at End of the Imperial Beach Pier Threw Great Chamber Mixer Tuesday NightIn the photo above, Karen Odermatt, President of Imperial Beach Chamber of Commerce presents Ed and Katie, new owners of the Tin Fish Imperial Beach with a plaque at the Chamber Mixer held in their honor Wednesday night at the new Tin Fish Imperial Beach restaurant at the end of the Imperial Beach Pier.
An excellent spread of food and drink was in supply as the Chamber Mixers dined on large fried shrimp and scallops, a lightly crusted Mahi Mahi with slivered almonds on top as well as cheeseburgers, chips and salsa, vegetables and dip and an assortment of other tasty morsels Wednesday night.
Ed and Katie have worked hard to upgrade the Tin Fish and all their hard work showed. The decor was perfect for a restaurant at the beach and the view from the end of the pier is always breathe taking. Now not only a breathe taking view awaits you at the end of the pier but some excellent eats as well.
Ed and Katie live here locally and they said this has been a dream of theirs to do this. The pride of ownership showed in both the food and the decor.
I really hope you will stop by and try out the new Tin Fish and help a hard working local couple make their dreams come true!
