Fish report for Friday April 1st 2016

Things have started to improve around the Imperial Beach Pier with more Perch and 

 the occasional Sculpin being caught jacksmelt in the morning around the lifeguard tower and a few Rays also being caught off shore Jeff Cox IB local landing some big rock fish and Halibut a little further south the First Blue fin have arrived off Punta Colonet yes you head it Bluefin in April.. The sport boats are filling up fast Bluefin are averaging 15 - 25 lbs.

Gina Marzan also came to visit & fish the Imperial Beach pier for spring break from Nevada

Yellowtail fishing has been good around Califia and a few nice ones around 20lbs being caught around La Jolla it’s looking good

Babe Ruth Otay Lakes get out there and cast a line for spring break
