Chula Vista Maritime Week runs April 3rd thru 10th

Chula Vista Maritime Week that will be held April 3rd -10th. The week will feature free tours of a Tall Ship at the harbor, boat rides, sailing instructions, how to build a boat, and many ways to learn about our bay.

As part of the festivities Steve Schoenherr and Harry Orgovan of the South Bay Historical 
 Society will speak on South Bay history and the wildlife during Chula Vista Maritime Week.

The week of daily programs and opportunities will finish with a Maritime Festivalon Saturday and Sunday. Steve and Harry of the South Bay Historical Society will speak on Tuesday April 5th from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Chula Vista Marina Conference Room located on Marina Parkway next to the Galley at the Marina Restaurant.

    Springtime is the start of boating season, a time for everyone to celebrate our connection to the Ocean and all things maritime. Free tours of a Tall Ship at the harbor, boat rides, sailing instruction, build a boat, learn about the wildlife, kayak, and explore. The week of daily programs and opportunities will finish with a Maritime festival on Sat and Sunday.
