High Tide, Surf and Storm lead to Flooding on Lower Seacoast Drive in Imperial Beach
on Christmas Eve Day. The shoreline is also disappearing as well with the Hide tides and high surfs and rain storms.

Waves likely 5 feet from the wets. Nothing significant to report. A little flooding and Palm, Descanso and the end of Seacoast. Survivable
