The IB Kiwanis/Port of San Diego Fishing Derby Big Success can be contributed to all the Volunteers who pitched in to help or donated Prizes. With volunteers from Imperial Beach South Bay Kiwanis & about 20 MVHS Key Club Members, Ily Alfred’s painting, the IB Posse doing one of their famous sandcastles for the event, The IB Lifeguards, WILDCOAST and Twisted Kettle Corn with all having a booth with the IB Girl Scout Troop 5912 volunteering with WILDCOAST and other local individuals and groups, who donated time or prizes they donated all helped make it a Big Success!

A big "Thank you" goes out to the Port of San Diego. Their contribution to the Event is greatly appreciated. Their support of the Imperial Beach South Bay Kiwanis and the Kids Fishing Derby is greatly appreciated!

Also a “Shout Out” for making the event such a big success has to go out to Kiwanis IB Sha-Ron, the Event Manager and Organizer who spent so much of her time working on planning this event and getting it all to come together and run so well!
