On Saturday, February 21, Imperial Beach Mayor Dedina, State Assembly Speaker, Toni G. Atkins, joined WILDCOAST, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Girl Scouts, Mar Vista High School students and community volunteers to clean up the South San Diego Bay shoreline in Imperial Beach at the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The event started at 9:30 am at 7th St. and Boulevard Avenue Imperial Beach, CA 91932.
