Imperial Beach - City Hall

It’s a good day on Palm Avenue! After a lot of hard work and cooperation between the City and Sudberry Development, the developers for the Breakwater Town Center at 9th & Palm, Sudberry, in cooperation with the City, is moving forward on site preparations for the project. Although actual construction is a bit farther down the road, residents may soon see some needed fill soil being moved onto and around the project site. We don’t expect any traffic disruptions, but do keep a careful eye out for large vehicles as we expect a steady stream of trucks moving fill soil to the site all in preparation for moving a little closer to development of this exciting new project with businesses, employment opportunities and sales tax generation to help our community’s financial picture improve even more. We will keep you informed. Please contact Ed Vea at (619) 423-8303 or via email at evea@imperialbeachca.gov if you have any questions, comments or concerns.
