So far 4 of the 6 candidates running for Imperial Beach City Council have agreed to answer 3 to 4 questions, one at a time and their answer or response will be debated in the comments section at the bottom of their page. This will take place on The other 2 candidates we are still waiting to hear back from, This questions will take place over a 3 to 6 week period. I would like to have our readers submit the questions they want to here about and then from those submissions, I will pick out what I believe to be the best questions and pose those same questions to the candidates. Each candidate will be allowed 800 word in their response and no more. Their responseS will be put in an article on our website. With each candidate getting their own page for their response or answer. Have questions you would like to ask, please submit them in the "Comments" section at the bottom of this article. Questions on Facebook will not be considered.

We are trying to get commitments from the Mayor, Jim Janney and Serge Dedina to commit to the same sort of debate. If you would like to here the mayorial candidates debate, please let us know!
